It seems as though the classified and covertly-implanted neurotechnology is being used to deliberately induce either the symptoms or the actual condition of autism, and possibly some permanent kind of brain damage.   I find this subject to be particularly important. - JP

Note:  "Good Citizen" is apparently a euphemism used by those who have been recruited into the new domestic stasi (secret citizen-informant) programs, and refers to people who are dutifully obedient and submissive to their superiors, including the commission of acts of violence, whether overt or covert, against targeted individuals when ordered to do so.  - JP
